I wanted to bring a couple of programs to your attention. Below is a list of programs and conferences many college and universities sponsor. Other Brothers and I have been facilitators and presenters for each of these programs and have seen a remarkable difference in the development of those who have attended.

Each of these programs deal with leading with integrity and the importance of not just reciting your values but living them out every day. Encouraging Brothers to attend these programs would allow us to utilize resources outside of the fraternity for the development of our members. I would hope that you would mention these programs to the College Brothers in your regions.

LEADERSHAPE

The LeaderShape Institute develops participants to "lead with integrity." The curriculum incorporates current leadership issues in such a way as to meet the developmental needs of young adults.

IMPACT

IMPACT is a campus based leadership institute designed to foster improved relationships among campus leaders through an intensive, interactive two and one half day program. The IMPACT curriculum emphasizes problem solving, leadership development, values-based decision making, effective communication, and community development.

UNDERGRADUATE INTERFRATERNITY INSTITUTE

UIFI is a five day institute that brings together fraternity men and sorority women from across North America to create opportunities to explore, define, and enhance their leadership skills, personal awareness, commitment to their fraternity or sorority, and grow to expect values based action from themselves and those they lead.

THE NATIONAL BLACK GREEK LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE

The NBGLC has been the home to many of the leading consultants and speakers on NPHC issues such as Dr. Walter Kimbrough, Mr. Lawrence Ross, Ms. Jennifer Jones, and many, many more. The NBGLC believes in the mission and goals of the National Pan-Hellenic Council and supports this mission through its programming. WESTERN REGION GREEK ASSOCIATION

The Western Region Greek Association Leadership Conference is the oldest of the regional conferences and has met regularly since its establishment in 1948.
